Stephan is an experienced communications technology & data center consultant and has more than 14 years experience in the ICT Market, out of it more than 4 years in management positions in Telco, data center and consulting businesses. He has several years experience in leading and international and inter-disciplinary key projects, in due diligence, performance management, KPI development, process optimization and auditing projects.

Stephan has comprehensive international experience with a multitude of fixed line, broadband, internet and data centre projects.

In 2013 Stephan Schaefer joined dotadvisors German associate,, LATUS consulting, as Managing Consultant.

‍

Prior to LATUS consulting he has worked 4 years for Lambdanet Communications AG, one of the major B2B Telco companies in Germany and was, among others, head of the data centre planning and operation group and head of the product management group and thus responsible for operating the data centres and delivering high quality data centre services  and products to the company’s German customer base.

Before moving to Lambdanet in 2009, Stephan has worked for 4 years for Detecon International GmbH, last as Head of Team Fixed Access.

In the past, Stephan has been an advisor to a diverse range of national and international clients. Stephan’s consulting focus is on project- and program management, performance management, KPI development, due diligence, auditing BID management, BID preparation, BID execution (RfPs), strategy and roadmap development, risk management and risk mitigation.
