Harold has performed extensive work in the TMT sector, including regulatory and policy strategy work for various media and telecommunications companies as well as in financial services. He has a deep understanding of these industries including business planning, financial modelling, industry structure, competition, key drivers and risks.  His knowledge was acquired over a period of some 25 years.

Harold was worked as director of regulatory affairs for MultiChoice / M-Net, as a rated equity analyst with Barnard Jacobs Mellet, as an investment banker responsible for TMT with Nedbank Capital and as a consultant servicing a wide variety of clients..
