Jeanne is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) with 12 years post qualification experience, including six years of financial and corporate governance due diligence experience. Her core skills are financial and governance due diligence reviews, report writing and financial management.  

Jeanne’s previous employers include Mxit (a mobile social network), the National Health Service (NHS) (UK), Grant Thornton (UK) and Deloitte (SA / USA).

Due diligence focus:

Jeanne gained transaction experience in the United Kingdom in the healthcare sector and across varying sectors in the SME market segment including technology, media and telecommunications and retail. Recent dotadvisors projects include financial reviews of technology companies and the efficient analysis of large data basis’ through the use of powerful data analytics (extraction/manipulation) and visualisation tools. Jeanne also forms part of the dotadvisors financial modelling team.

Financial management: focus:

Jeanne is the lead advisor for financial management & support services to the dotadvisors customer base who require strategic financial management & governance on an outsourced basis because they either do not yet need a full-time finance & accounting team or they need such services project specific to comply with funders/ dornors requirements.
